Section 1

General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and 75bdapp (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). This Agreement governs all access to and use of the 75bdapp website, mobile interface, betting products, casino games, promotional offers, and any associated services made available to players located in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

By creating a 75bdapp account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not access or use the 75bdapp platform.

75bdapp reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable prior notice to active players via the email address registered to the account, a prominent notice on the 75bdapp homepage, or both. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with the 75bdapp Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the platform. All such documents together form the complete legal framework governing the relationship between 75bdapp and its players.

Section 2

Age Restriction & Eligibility

The 75bdapp platform is strictly intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make deposits, place bets, or access any gaming product on the platform. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you expressly confirm that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet the following eligibility criteria to use the 75bdapp platform:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another party.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 75bdapp, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 75bdapp platform or had a prior account permanently closed for a rules violation.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are of sound mind and are not suffering from any condition that impairs your ability to make rational and informed decisions about gambling.

75bdapp may request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including during registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or in response to specific account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in a verification request will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 75bdapp products and services, you must create a personal account by completing the registration process on the platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including — but not limited to — your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification.

One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active 75bdapp account at any time. Creating duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 75bdapp reserves the right to close all but the original account, withhold any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts, and in cases of deliberate circumvention, close all associated accounts entirely.

• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential at all times.
• You must not share your account access with any third party, including family members or friends.
• 75bdapp will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Treat any such request as fraudulent.
• You are liable for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, if such activity results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 75bdapp customer support immediately at support@75bdapp.

KYC Verification: 75bdapp operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with responsible gaming best practices. You may be required to submit government-issued identity documents (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and — in some cases — proof of the payment method used to deposit. KYC verification is required before processing any withdrawal request for the first time, and periodically thereafter at our discretion. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with the 75bdapp Privacy Policy.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on 75bdapp are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits directly, and all player balances are displayed and settled in BDT. 75bdapp currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳200; withdrawals processed within 10 minutes on average.
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳200; withdrawals processed within 10 minutes on average.
• Rocket — minimum deposit ৳200; withdrawals typically processed within 30 minutes.
• Upay — minimum deposit ৳200; withdrawal processing times may vary.
• Dutch-Bangla Bank — bank transfer minimums and processing times as published in the Cashier section.
• BRAC Bank / City Bank — bank transfer minimums and processing times as published in the Cashier section.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the player's 75bdapp account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business day to be credited. 75bdapp accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the player's most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the 75bdapp compliance team. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount, though large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced verification procedures.

75bdapp reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the cumulative withdrawal amount is high, where account activity appears unusual, or where KYC verification has not yet been completed. Withdrawals will be placed on hold — not cancelled — during the verification process, and will be released promptly upon successful verification.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotion Policy

75bdapp offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and special offers to both new and existing players. These include — but are not limited to — the Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus principles set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds credited to a 75bdapp account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms. Wagering requirements specify the total amount of real-money turnover that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms page.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and will be converted to real funds only upon fulfilling the stated wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games and betting markets that contribute to wagering requirements as specified per promotion.
• The Welcome Bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players only, for the first qualifying deposit. One Welcome Bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• 75bdapp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice if abuse or technical errors are detected.
• Players who self-exclude or place themselves on a cooling-off period are not eligible to receive marketing communications or promotional offers during that period.
• Bonus funds forfeited upon withdrawal before wagering requirements are met cannot be recovered.
• Using bonus funds with the intent to arbitrage, abuse promotional mechanics, or otherwise circumvent the spirit of the promotion constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account review.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 75bdapp, you accept personal responsibility for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful, honest, and consistent with these Terms and Conditions. You agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — personal entertainment via sports betting and casino gaming — and not for any commercial, fraudulent, or unlawful purpose.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 75bdapp platform:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using software, scripts, bots, or other automated tools to access the platform, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in any game or betting product.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or similar technology to disguise your true location or to circumvent geo-restrictions or account suspensions.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the 75bdapp platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino, poker, or any multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 75bdapp staff or other players via the live chat or any other communication channel.
• Reverse engineering, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code of any 75bdapp software or game.
• Accessing the platform from a country or territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

Any breach of the above obligations will be investigated by the 75bdapp security and compliance team. Confirmed breaches may result in one or more of the following consequences: immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and any pending withdrawals, permanent account closure, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the 75bdapp platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, colour schemes, text, software, game interfaces, icons, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 75bdapp or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 75bdapp platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any 75bdapp content without our prior written consent.

• The 75bdapp name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of 75bdapp and may not be used without written authorisation.
• Game titles, graphics, and software provided by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, etc.) remain the intellectual property of those respective providers.
• Screen capture, recording, or streaming of gameplay from 75bdapp without express written permission is prohibited.
• Linking to the 75bdapp platform from third-party websites for commercial purposes requires prior written approval.

Any unauthorised use of 75bdapp intellectual property may result in immediate legal action, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

75bdapp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a specified timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal of deposits made to the account.
• At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming purposes (self-exclusion).
• Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal requirements necessitating account closure.
• Extended account inactivity (as defined in our inactivity policy, published separately).

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions, any real-money balance held in the account will be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the violation.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your 75bdapp account at any time by contacting customer support at support@75bdapp. If the account closure request is submitted as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion request, your account will be closed with immediate effect and you will be placed on a marketing suppression list. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account — where no Terms breach has occurred — will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is completed.
